We offer free ground shipping to your destination via USPS Priority Standard with Signature. Please email email@example.com about all other shipping methods and fees will apply accordingly. We try to ship every order within 72 hours, but sometimes this is not always possible. We will contact you via the email address you provide, should any shipping delay occur, and also to provide you with a tracking number for your delivery. If you have special delivery instructions, or have any questions about the shipment of your order, please make a note of it in the Special Requests section of your order, or feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, please note that neither UPS nor Fedex will deliver to a post office box. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate ship-to address at the time of order. We will contact you when your order ships to provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Fernando Benally ships internationally. Shipping charges are provided as an estimate and actual shipping charges are adjusted upon final processing of your orders. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country. For international returns, we cannot refund any import fees. It is up to the customer to cover shipping and handling as well as any duties or tariffs incurred.
We stand behind all of the jewelry and we recommend checking the setting of your stones in your Fernando Benally jewelry periodically to ensure that they are safe and snug. Cleaning with a soft cloth is the best measure to protect your jewelry from any dust or oils that may accumulate on the surface. If you are unsure about anything concerning the care or wear of your jewelry, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Dimensions displayed on the Fernando Benally website are noted in inches or millimeters. While we try to ensure that all measurements on our website are accurate, errors may occur.
Ring sizing is sometimes a challenge and many factors can influence the comfort and fit of a ring. When sizing a ring for you, we make every effort to ensure a perfect fit on the first try. On occasion however, a ring may need to be returned to us for an adjustment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
Prices on the website and in the Fernando Benally gallery are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold and precious stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials, and does not mean that we have increased our mark-up. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Sales tax in Santa Fe County is 8.3%, and will be applied to all orders shipped within Santa Fe County. Sales tax on all other orders shipped within the state of New Mexico will be calculated based on shipping address. There is no sales tax charged to orders shipped out of state or internationally. International orders are subject to local duties and taxes, depending on the destination. These fees are beyond the control of Fernando Benally, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Custom Orders are final. A store credit will be given to be used toward a future purchase should you return an item in new unused condition in original packaging. We are happy to make minor adjustments including resizing or adjustments to chain for an additional fee. Email email@example.com for additional information.
We can only offer online store credit or exchanges on jewelry that has not been worn, used or altered. NO REFUNDS.
